Yes! All legal documentation is prepared by licensed, practicing attorneys that are well versed in timeshare estate planning matters.

If your annual maintenance fee is less than $1,000, the cost is $1,250. If your annual maintenance fee is more than $1,000 but less than $2,500, the cost is $1,950. If your annual maintenance fee is greater than $2,500, the cost is $2,750.

If you've recently upgraded and have the latest version of your developer's product with all of the enhancements then you are eligible for Heir Pro. Programs are ever changing therefore we tailor each Heir Pro enrollment to our eligible properties' latest product offering(s). This to ensure that we keep Heir Pro information, documentation, and procedures relevant.

We provide everything you and your heirs will need within 30 days of receipt of the information we'll request from you, as well as payment.

Heir Pro accepts checks or wire transfers only. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Heir Pro offers a RECEIVERSHIP GUARANTEE. We're so confident that your heirs will avoid the inheritance of your timeshare using our program that if not, we'll take over the maintenance fees!
